Hi Scott and Scott,

I wanted to take a few minutes and write out a thank you to you and your crew for two separate jobs you have done for me.

The first is on my house in Brighton.
The only way I knew you were at my house to do a three layer total tear off and reshingle was the 2" square remnant of material that was accidentally left under the wheel on the dumpster. (oh yes, the new architectural shingles were a giveaway too). Other than that your crew of bees tore off and re-did my house in a matter of one day. I had several neighbors come to me and remark that they were impressed at how fast your large crew removed and replaced the new roof. They were clean, efficient and left absolutely no discernable mess behind. Not only was your estimate accurate and informative, it was incredibly detailed and the photos of my roof (which frankly I never in this lifetime had an interest in seeing as it is a very steep pitch and quite high, gave me the needed information to make an informed decision to use your company with confidence.

This experience leapfrogged me in to the second testimonial to you and your crew.
As we have discussed, I was completely amazed at your incredibly fast response to my phone call when my insurance client called me and told me that his flat roof has literally blown off his building during the January 8-9, 2008 windstorm. I likened it to looking like a toupee flying off and flapping in the wind, except this was a 1500 square foot toupee. You met with the client and had your crew on the site with in hours ,had material ordered and delivered also within hours and had the property sealed up and protected against the winter elements the same day, which in turn allowed my client to mitigate what could have been $80,000 or more in damage to his building. It rained the next night and aside for some hidden damage to the downspouts, the building was undamaged inside.

My client came to me and thanked me for your work. I like that.

I wanted to point out that again it was your efficiency of work that got the job done and then your detailed and accurate estimate of damage and billing of the work that allowed my adjuster and appraiser to approve the payment and close the file quickly.
